Tomato Spaghetti (Flavoured Fish Ball & Salmon Ball)

Ingredients

1. Spaghetti

    - ½ packet

2. Olive Oil

    - 1 ½ tbsp 

3. Onion 

    - ½ pc (chopped)

4. Garlic 

    - 3 cloves (chopped)

5. Tomato – Fresh / Canned

    - 3 Fresh (quartered) / 1 Can

6. Green Bell Peppers 

    - 1pc (diced)

7. Tomato paste 

    - 2 tbsp 

8. PFP Flavoured Fish Ball / Salmon Ball

    - 8 – 10pcs

9. Herbs – Fresh or Dried

   - Basil, Coriander, Rosemary, etc.

10. Salt & Pepper 

11. Parmesan Cheese

 

Steps

1. Cook spaghetti according to the package instruction. Remember to reserve a cup of pasta water.

2. Put a saucepan over medium heat with olive oil, garlic and onion, then cook until fragrant and translucent. 

3. Add tomato, green bell peppers, tomato paste, PFP Products, and some pasta water. Continue cooking for 10mins, stirring occasionally. 

4. Stir the spaghetti into the sauce. 

5. Garnish with herbs and grated parmesan cheese.
