Ingredients
1. Butter/Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp
2. Bread
- 2 slices
3. Bell Peppers
- half (diced)
4. PFP Thai Fish Cake
- 3 pcs (quartered)
5. Cheese
6. Chilli flakes (opt.)
Pizza Sauce
7. Tomato
- 1 pc (quartered)
8. PFP Organic Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp
9. Herbs – Fresh or Dried
10. Salt & Pepper
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 230 degree Celsius.
2. Mash the tomato in a small bowl. Add PFP organic sweet chilli sauce, desire herbs, salt & pepper and mix well.
3. Spread each slice of bread with garlic butter/olive oil and pizza sauce. Top with bell peppers, PFP Thai fish cake, cheese, and chilli flakes.
4. Bake for 8 – 10 mins or until the cheese melted.
