Thai Fish Cake Mini Burger

Ingredients

1. Olive Oil / Butter

   - 1 tbsp

2. Mini Buns

   - 3 pcs (halved)

3. Your choice of Vegs

4. PFP Thai Fish Cake

   - 3 pcs

5. PFP Organic Sweet Chili Sauce

6. Cheese

 

Steps

1. Melt the olive oil / butter in the pan over medium-low heat.

2. Toast the mini buns until slightly brown, set aside.

3. Pan-fry the Thai Fish Cake in the same pan for 2 – 4 mins each side.

4. Assemble the burgers with the Mini Buns, Vegs, Thai Fish Cake, Sweet Chilli Sauce, and Cheese.
